Who We Are
Uhuru Cultural Arts Institute and Uhuru Community & Training Center is a multidisciplinary cultural, educational, and social development institution located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We provide a space where creativity, tradition, innovation, and community empowerment come together.
